Léo Slemett
At the age of 30, Léo Slemett has nothing left to prove on the international freeride ski scene. In 2013, he became the youngest skier in history to join the Freeride World Tour.
Léo is a true competitor at heart. He showed his great potential right from his first steps on skis, recognisable by his daring and fluid style.
With a career mixed with exploits and tragedies, the young man from Chamonix has a relatively special relationship with the mountains. The mountains have given him everything, but they have also taken everything away from him.
Despite the harsh ordeals he has faced, Léo has always been able to bounce back, using his tragedies to come back ever stronger. He attaches particular importance to mountain safety, emphasising training and caution.

I'm a workaholic. A hard worker. I train a lot so that on the day of the competition, there's nothing left unknown. A stickler for detail and a perfectionist, he admits to being "perpetually dissatisfied".
