François Montuori

François Montuori is a 100% Haute-Savoie product. Although he's a professional paraglider pilot, he thrives on a wide range of outdoor disciplines, from skiing to trail running to mountaineering. This is what led him to make Hike and Fly his preferred discipline, combining distance paragliding and mountain running.
François likes to take mountain lovers on a journey through his adventures, both on land and in the air. Thanks to the various films he has taken part in, he promotes these emerging outdoor activities.

Hike and Fly gives you a feeling of freedom and incredible sensations when you're above the highest peaks. I really like the versatility required by this discipline: walking fast in the mountains, being observant and having a good knowledge of the mountain environment and its weather.
