To take your measurements correctly, preferably use a tape measure, stand up straight, and pass the tape around the area in question, making sure that the tape lies flat.
A - CHEST
Measure your chest circumference by passing the tape around the widest part of your chest (below the armpits).
B - WAIST
To measure your waist circumference, pass the tape around your stomach, at the narrowest point.
C - HIPS
To measure your hip circumference, place the tape at the widest point of your hips, usually at buttock level.
