INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Place the heating element on the front of the sole and mark the black interconnection
- Cut the base at this point to pass the heating element cable over the base
- Place the cable under the base and use the adhesive tape to secure it
- Glue the outer cover to the top of the sole and cut to fit the shape of the sole

Very valid article compared to other insoles, I use them in work boots and I noticed that the other insoles such as Insole Heat 3D and Heat Flat do not support foot flexions, they broke me several times.
