INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Remove the old sole from the shoe
- Cut the HEAT3D to the desired size at the marked places. Be careful not to cut the power cord and heating element in the area under the forefoot.
- Place the HEAT 3D insole in the shoe
- Run the power cord up the heel along the calf
- Connect the power cord to the Therm-ic C-PACK batteries

Worked well while cycling several hours in -4C. Had tonturn it on after the first hour or so. Mostly on the lightest setting, but also had to switch to the second one when took a have a break for snack.

Good when working, used less than 10 times, one of the soles are not heating anymore.

Great product,. The heat is distrubuted to the toes and the front part of the bottom of the foot preventing the blood circulation to shut down as it often does for me. Good quality and anatomic shape supporting the foot in a good way. Fullfills all my wishes
